"I'm confident the ACORN scandal will lead to the White House if investigations aren't squashed." So says conservative columnist and pro-life activist Jill Stanek.

     And we're with Stanek on this one. Cutting-off federal funds? You've got to be kidding.

     The American people deserve no less than a full-scale, no-stone-unturned Congressional investigation.

     In 1950, Senator Estes Kefauver headed the Senate Special Committee to Investigate Crime in Interstate Commerce, otherwise known as the Kefauver Commission. It was the goal of the Kefauver Commission to expose the scope of Organized Crime and gain a better understanding of how to fight it.

     It is now more than clear that ACORN (The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) is not just a far-left political organization that is not beyond bending or breaking a few laws to advance a political agenda.

     ACORN is clearly an organized criminal enterprise, it is national in scope and it exerts a dangerous influence over politicians and our political process at the local and national level.

     The fact that ACORN has been the recipient of your tax dollars is egregious, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. If anything, it possibly makes some of our elected officials, and even each and every one of us that pays taxes, accessories after the fact to a criminal enterprise.

     That's why simply cutting off government funding for ACORN is totally inadequate... a joke.

     We need an ACORN Commission. Heads need to roll... long prison sentences should eventually be handed out... and yes, there may even be some politicians (including but not limited to members of the Obama Administration... or possibly even Obama himself) that may need to be removed from office.

     A message needs to be sent. No one commits crimes against the American people on such a massive scale and gets away with it.

     But moreover, simply cutting-off federal funds will not stop ACORN.

     Far-left special interests already fund ACORN to the tune of millions of dollars and will only step-up those efforts if ACORN is no longer able to feed at the public trough.

     The fraud will simply continue.... The criminal activities will simply continue.... The subversion of our democratic process will simply continue.

     ACORN must be stopped cold and it's up to concerned and patriotic Americans like us to make it happen.

We must flood our legislative officials with high-impact faxes and calls. Take action and forward this urgent and time sensitive alert to at least 10 of your friends. Our system of government hangs in the balance.

Cutting-Off Federal Funds From ACORN Is Like Fighting An Armored Division With Bows And Arrows.
     On Monday, the Senate passed a highly symbolic measure to eliminate some of ACORN's funding and House Minority Leader John Boehner and others are looking at ways to eliminate all ACORN funding by the federal government.

     According to Boehner; "It is evident that ACORN is incapable of using federal funds in a manner that is consistent with the law. Simply put, ACORN should not receive another penny of American taxpayers' money."

     No disrespect to Boehner and other Members of Congress that finally see the need to take action, but let's be real for just a moment.... that's much too little... much too late.

     ACORN has been at the forefront of a movement to move this great country radically to the far-left... and essentially destroy the American way of life.

     But ACORN isn't just exerting it's right to take part in the political process.

     According to a July 2009 US House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform report by Congressman Darrell Issa, (titled "Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise?"), ACORN is "a shell game played in 120 cities, 43 states and the District of Columbia" and "has repeatedly and deliberately engaged in systemic fraud" ... a "criminal conspiracy."

     ACORN has engaged in activities to "launder federal money," commit massive wide-scale "voter fraud" on a national level and "conceal" its "illegal activities."

     But even more alarming, according to Issa's report: "ACORN forged both formal and informal connections with former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown and President Barack Obama, among others."

     If the Mafia or some other massive criminal enterprise were receiving millions in taxpayer dollars and had connections with powerful politicians, including the President of the United States, would you stop at simply cutting-off the flow of your hard-earned tax dollars to that criminal enterprise and allow that criminal enterprise to continue?

     Of course not.

     That's why Congress must launch an immediate and full-scale investigation into ACORN and its criminal activities. The American people deserve to know just how deep this rabbit-hole goes... the American people deserve to know all the sordid details... all the dirty laundry.

     And, the American people deserve to know the full extent of the connections that exist between ACORN and prominent political leaders... including the President of the United States, Barack Obama.

     And you can make it happen.

     When it was reported that the Obama Administration wanted ACORN to take an active role in the 2010 Census, we were among the first (if not the first) to sound the alarm and your Blast Faxes and calls eventually put a stop to that.

     When it was reported that ACORN might receive millions of taxpayer dollars as part of the so-called "stimulus package," we sounded the alarm and you put that scheme on the back-burner.

     Now we need to finish the job.

Add Prostitution, White Slavery And Child Endangerment To ACORN's List Of Crimes.
     It took the airing of several videotaped-stings, conducted by Andrew Breitbart, 25 year-old filmmaker James O'Keefe, and his 20-year-old partner Hannah Giles, on FOX News; to put ACORN's criminal activities back into national spotlight.

     If you've watched these videotaped-stings on FOX News, they clearly show that ACORN employees and representatives were willing to move heaven and earth to help a prostitute and a pimp obtain funding for a brothel and, in at least one instance, it didn't matter to these ACORN representatives that the brothel would be used to exploit 13 year-old illegal alien girls.

     When confronted with these sick and apparently systemic attempts to aid prostitution, tax-evasion and white slavery, ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis actually had the nerve to play the victim and say; "We are experiencing the modern-day version of McCarthyism."

     According to Issa and others, ACORN has received over 54 million of your hard-earned tax dollars over the last 15 years and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy had the nerve to exclaim: "Congress should not compound the wrongful and stupid actions depicted on these videos by deciding to set political standards for federal grants."

     According to Politico.com, ACORN, ever unrepentant, and showing no shame or remorse "is planning to sue" Breitbart, O'Keefe and Giles and is downplaying the possibility that they can no longer feed at Uncle Sugar's government trough as "political gamesmanship."

     ACORN's Bertha Lewis again: "We're disappointed that the Senate took the rare and politically convenient step of supporting eliminating some federal funding.... Fortunately, ACORN derives most of its income from its members and other supporters, so the decision will have little impact on overall operations."

     And unfortunately, Lewis is right when she says "the decision will have little impact on overall operations."

     The sad and infuriating truth is that the wealthy and radical special interests that have supported ACORN over the years, men like socialist billionaire George Soros and his cronies, may have thought it sauce for the goose that they could force you and I to partially fund the implement of our own destruction.

     But, make no mistake, they will not let ACORN founder, they have the monetary means to keep ACORN going and the voter fraud and criminal activities will only go on... stronger than ever. They'll keep it going because ACORN has shown them over the years that it can get the job done.

     Simply put, cutting off federal funding will not stop ACORN from violating our system of government with impunity and ACORN must be stopped.

     That's why we need a full-scale, high profile, Congressional investigation. The American people have the right to know all the details... up to and including the extent of the involvement of Barack Obama's White House... and yes, some people may even need to be removed from office... others should go to jail for a very long time.

     But none of this will happen, unless we force the issue and make it happen. That's where you come in.

Oh Yes, Barack Obama Is Connected To ACORN. ....
     During the presidential campaign, Obama tried to downplay his connection to ACORN but back in December of 2008 Obama promised a cheering crowd of representatives from ACORN, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and an assortment of other so-called "community activist organizations" that they'd have a seat at the table during his presidential administration.

     Specifically Obama promised "We're gonna be calling all of you in to help us shape the agenda. We're gonna be having meetings all across the country."

     And judging by some of Obama's appointments, hard-core leftists such as Obama's "FCC Diversity Czar" Mark Lloyd (who lavished praise on communist dictator Hugo Chavez, calling Chavez's Marxist revolution in Venezuela "incredible" and "dramatic") and Van Jones, Obama's former "Green Jobs Czar" who openly admitted to being a communist, among others, Obama is certainly keeping that promise.

     And both men, like Obama, also have direct ties to socialist billionaire George Soros... one big happy family.

     As for the Obama-ACORN connection:

Obama's presidential campaign paid an ACORN affiliate organization more than 800,000 dollars to mount a get out the vote effort.

Obama represented ACORN in a legal action regarding an Illinois law addressing what has come to be known as motor-voter registration.

And years ago, when he was just a lowly "community organizer," Madeleine Talbot, the Chicago head of ACORN, invited Obama to help train her staff.

     That's a pretty strong indictment against a man, Barack Obama, whose campaign has derisively and incredulously scoffed at those who have pointed out that the Obama-ACORN connection is long-standing and deep.

     And the rabbit-hole goes even deeper.

     According to Stanek: "Now it turns out ACORN, the SEIU, Obama, and even Blagojevich are all somehow connected. There is a reason why both IL senators were among the 7 voting to retain funding of ACORN yesterday. I knew it before I scanned the roll call."

     Conjecture on the part of Stanek?

     Consider the following:

     ACORN's cofounder, Wade Rathke (a former member of the radical Students for a Democratic Society [SDS]), also founded SEIU and according to Stanek, citing information obtained from the Department of Labor, SEIU gave over 4 million dollars to ACORN and ACORN affiliates from 2006 to 2007.

     And let us not forget, SEIU has been supplying the shock-troops that have harassed and even physically beaten patriotic Americans attending recent town hall meetings to speak out against ObamaCare.

     Coincidence? Or are we just scratching the surface... or does the rabbit-hole go even deeper? ... You be the judge.

     But one thing is certain, the American people will never be able to make an informed decision without an immediate investigation. We need facts.

     And only you can make that happen. No one else is going to pick up the ball and run with it. It's up to you.

Fraud, Thy Name Is ACORN.

     And lest we forget the widespread extent of fraud committed by ACORN, a trip down memory lane should supply us with just a few reminders.

     CNN’s Drew Griffin reported: “ACORN's in trouble all across the country with its huge voter-registration drive. Actually, 1.3 million new voters registered according to ACORN. The problem is, are they really voters? Up in Lake County, Indiana, they're finding out they are not. Some 5,000 applications came in, all filled out by ACORN, and there they are. They went through the first 2,100 of them, every single one of them, fraudulent.”

     The New York Post reported: “Last July, ACORN settled the largest case of voter fraud in Washington state history. Seven ACORN workers had submitted nearly 2,000 bogus voter forms. According to case records, they flipped through phone books for names to use on the forms, including 'Leon Spinks,' 'Frekkie Magoal' and 'Fruto Boy Crispila.' Three ACORN election hoaxers pleaded guilty in October. A King County prosecutor called ACORN's criminal sabotage ‘an act of vandalism upon the voter rolls.’”

     Amanda Carpenter with TownHall.com wrote: "[Clarke County] Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax told the Las Vegas Review-Journal he believes ACORN has submitted somewhere between 2,000-3,000 fraudulent applications a week, some of which have included forms for the entire starting line-up of the Dallas Cowboys."

     The Associated Press: "The Indiana secretary of state's office says it has found evidence of 'multiple criminal violations' in connection with voter registration applications in Lake County. Secretary of State Todd Rokita says... 30 percent of the applications included information that was obviously incorrect, incomplete or illegible. He calls it a 'fraud perpetrated on all of the people of Indiana.'"

     UPI: "President George W. Bush has asked the U.S. Justice Department to investigate the status of 200,000 newly registered Ohio voters."

     The Los Angeles Times: "A similar legal drama could play out in Colorado. Republicans there are charging that the Assn. of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is loading up the voter rolls with unqualified people. Democrats are asking a federal court to reinstate approximately 30,000 Colorado voters purged from registration lists by Secretary of State Mike Coffman, a Republican."

     Even the liberal New York Times reported: "In the year ending Sept. 30, election officials in Nevada, for example, used the Social Security database more than 740,000 times to check voter files or registration applications and found more than 715,000 nonmatches, federal records show. Election officials in Georgia ran more than 1.9 million checks on voter files or voter registration applications and found more than 260,000 nonmatches."

     ACORN claims to have registered 1.3 million voters in 2008 alone and we have no way of knowing, at present, how many of these registrations were legitimate.

     But one thing is certain. ACORN did not engage in garden variety fraud. ACORN committed voter registration fraud on a massive scale.

     Cutting off government funds is certainly not enough. Let's see to it that our elected officials understand that loud and clear.
