I am outraged to read that U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton of California ruled that requiring students in public schools to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag is "a coercive requirement to affirm God."
Article III, Section 1 of the United Stated Constitution States, "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour..."
Judge Karlton's ruling in regards to the Pledge of Allegiance is so egregious that it falls under the scope of Article III, section 1 as it undermines the historical identity of our nation.
Congress has a duty to impeach out of control federal judges
The American people are waiting for you to do your duty and immediately impeach and remove Judge Karlton from office.

With a contemptuous slam of his gavel -- Judge Lawrence Karlton called the Pledge of Allegiance a "coercive requirement to affirm God" and declared the Pledge of Allegiance UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
"Coercive?"
Does Judge Karlton honestly believe that school teachers across the country are holding swords at the throats of schoolchildren while forcing them to recite the Pledge?
Of course not! But the sad truth of the matter is that Judge Karlton is just one of a dangerous cabal of federal judges out to destroy the United States of America?
Let me ask you a no-nonsense question...
If the Pledge of Allegiance can be ruled to be a "coercive requirement to affirm God," then what is to stop Judge Karlton -- or any other black-robed judicial tyrant for that matter -- from declaring the Declaration of Independence or any number of our nation's founding documents unconstitutional as well?
The answer of course is NOTHING!
But more importantly, Karlton's edict goes far beyond simply being a bad or erroneous ruling by a federal judge. Karlton believes he has the right to make ALL OF US quit saying “God” -- that federal judges have the last word when it comes to religion and everything else important.

Impeachment? Are You Serious?
Those of you who have been GrassTopsUSA members since the beginning may remember one of our very first campaigns -- Impeach Judge Phyllis Hamilton.
That very successful single campaign accomplished three very important goals:
1. Word got back to us that Judge Hamilton confessed privately to colleagues that she thought our campaign placed her career in serious jeopardy -- in other words, our members spoke and put an out-of-control federal judge in her place.
2. Congress took immediate action and gave serious consideration to the issue of out-of-control federal judges and proposed legislation designed to curb the excesses of the federal judiciary. And While We're On The Subject of Michael Newdow
This self-absorbed ideologue who filed this phony, trumped up suit against the Pledge aspires to be the Madeleine Murray O’Hair of the 21st century. You may remember this exhibitionist:
· Several years ago he came before the court, claiming his daughter was the victim of “religious indoctrination” by being forced to say the Pledge of Allegiance at school. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals – called the “Nutty Ninth” – ruled in Newdow’s favor.
· The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals disregarded the fact that Newdow did not have custody of his daughter. The Ninth Circuit disregarded the fact that Newdow claimed his child's mother "raped" him in order to conceive his daughter and wrote the words "under duress" on the child support checks whenever he saw fit to pay. The Ninth Circuit also disregarded the fact that Newdow's daughter and the child's mother were both professing Christians who strongly condemned Newdow's suit.
· In short -- the "Nutty Ninth" totally disregarded the fact that Newdow had NO STANDING TO BRING THE SUIT IN THE FIRST PLACE. And moreover, it didn't matter that the supposed aggrieved party -- Newdow's daughter -- actually WANTED to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. You see these judicial tyrants really don't care one wit what you think... they don't care one wit what I think... and they don't really care one wit for the rights of the people they supposedly protect.
· The Supreme Court reversed the "Nutty Ninth" based solely on the fact that Newdow had no legal authority to sue in her behalf. But -- and this is important folks -- now that Newdow has re-filed his suit using three unnamed parents as judicial cover (think of it folks... Newdow -- and possibly his friends at the ACLU -- beat the bushes and looked under all the rocks and could only find THREE UNNAMED PARENTS willing to join Newdow in this ludicrous suit) it is possible the liberal majority on the Supreme Court may uphold the Ninth Circuit's ruling.
That's why we have to take action NOW! We can’t let Newdow get away with hijacking the soul of America.

See How We Have Matured
Judge Karlton’s scorn for the Founding Fathers and the Constitution has its origins in a 1958 Supreme Court decision proclaiming that judges must take into consideration “evolving standards…that mark the progress of a maturing society.”
In other words, we’ve outgrown the Constitution created at the great Philadelphia convention of 1787.
Never mind what Benjamin Franklin and James Madison and John Adams and George Washington thought and wrote!
Judge Karlton thinks he knows better – because he was born in the 20th century and America has “matured” over the past 200 years.
Let’s see just how much we’ve matured:
Five judges ruled that states could not outlaw abortion. And guess what! We have maturely murdered 45,951,133 unborn Americans between 1973-2004.
Five judges ruled that simulated child pornography is just as legal as “Popeye” or “Dennis the Menace,” despite the fact that studies indicate such materials drive perverts to molest and even kill tiny children.
And now the ultimate act of maturity: a single California judge has ordered children to stop reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
Our depravity now seems almost as rank as that of the morally corrupt Roman Empire, rotting in the Mediterranean sun like a vast corpse.
Anyone who fails to act now – to stop this abandonment of religion and morality -- must bear the responsibility for the certain decay of our great country.

Think About This Mathematical Proposition: 1 ideologue + 1 judge > 260,000,000 People.

· An Associated Press poll conducted last year showed that 87 percent of Americans believe that “God” “should remain in the Pledge of Allegiance.”
