We know that our temporal life is but a fleeting
moment. We know that by walking in the light of our
Lord, when this life passes, and as we cross that
new horizon, we shall cross into eternal life in the
presence of God. We do not fear, as portrayed in The
Requiem of the Brave, "Peace like a river sounding I
feel His love surrounding, I'm finally home and my
soul is content." We do not fear being home, but
most, do indeed fear the journey there. The actual
dying process is not an experience looked forward to
by most. Ask anyone, and they will tell you they
would much favor awakening dead some morning, or
experiencing a sudden massive myocardial infarction,
to suffering a protracted terminal process such as
the big "C." Cancer is a word that places fear in
the heart of the most faithful, for most have seen
friends or family suffer through the agonizing
journey home with such alengthy terminal process.
Although the term cancer comprises over 100
different diseases, it is defined as, "1. any
malignant growth or tumor from an abnormal and
uncontrolled division of body cells. 2. An evil
influence or corruption spreading uncontrollably."
(Oxford American Dictionary 2003). All of the over
one hundred diseases we refer to as cancer, have one
common element; they all begin as an out-of-control
growth of abnormal cells. Normally cells within the
body progress through an orderly process of growth,
division, and death. As this normal process
continues, and worn out or dying cells are replaced,
the body is maintained in a normal healthy mode.
However, cancerous cells develop secondary to
damaged DNA. DNA is that substance contained within
every cell which directs that cells activities. This
damaged DNA produces cancer cells that continue to
grow and divide, outliving normal cells, and as they
continue to divide they continue to produce new
abnormal cells by numbers that grow exponentially.
We all produce abnormal, cancerous, cells, which are
generally recognized by our immune system as
"non-self," and are destroyed, in order to maintain
the integrity of the whole. If DNA is damaged,
frequently through chronic irritation such as
smoking or other carcinogens, to the point where
cancerous cell growth becomes too rapid for our
individual immune system to control, then cancer is
the result. If the symptoms of this now growing
malignancy are not identified in time, and proper
treatment such as surgery, chemotherapy, or
radiation, is not initiated in a timely fashion,
this cancer will spread by direct extension, blood
or lymphatic metastasis to local or distant body
areas, and our death is assured.
Fortunately, if we have been raised and taught the
truth, or if we have later in life found the truth,
then death is vanquished. If we know that God
exists, and that His Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ, was crucified, died, buried and on the third
day arose, and if we know him personally, our death
truly becomes our birthday, as we begin the living
process.
But what of a nation? That "evil influence or
corruption spreading uncontrollably" is just as
malignant, just as painful, just as deadly for a
nation as is "any malignant growth" within our human
temporal body. The difference is, that as we die we
live, as a nation dies there is darkness. Cancer
within the human body can kill the body, but not the
soul. Cancer within the nation kills not only the
body, but also the souls of millions who may never
know the "Peace like a River sounding," or feel "His
love surrounding."
As the body is made of many parts, so too is a
nation. The cells of the nation are the hearts and
souls of its citizens. The DNA of our nation is
composed of the Ten Commandments, and through them
Christian morality, and as declared in our
Declaration of Independence of the "Laws of Nature
and of Natures God." Recall, DNA controls the
activity of the cell, which in turn controls the
function of its particular organ system, which is
vital to the existence of the body as a whole. Our
national DNA likewise controls the activity of the
hearts and souls of American citizens, which in turn
controls the function of the nation as a whole. It
is this DNA composition, laid out by those 56 men
who pledged their "lives, their fortunes and their
sacred honor," that has lead to the most prosperous,
most giving, most gracious, most God fearing, yes,
the greatest nation to ever appear on the face of
the earth. The United States of America.
The government of the United States is not the DNA,
it is the immune system. It is the immune system
which is charged with recognizing non-self and
eliminating it, in order to keep the body as a whole
healthy. It does not function to direct the body nor
to determine the appearance of the body, but only to
keep it healthy. As the human immune system is
composed of several components, so too is our
national immune system. Our national immunity is
composed of an Executive organ, a Congressional
organ, and a Judicial organ. Unique to our national
body is that, save for one court, the judicial
function was created by the legislative system to
hold their offices "during times of good behavior."
(Article III The Constitution) Both human and
national immune systems are subject to malignancy,
in the human system we see lymphoma and leukemia, in
the national system we see malignancies such the
present deadly "Black Robe Judicial carcinoma."
Black Robe Judicial carcinomas do not arise de novo,
they generally progress from the benign
pre-malignant condition know as Black Robeitis.
Black Robeitis, if dealt with swiftly, represents no
more than a minor inflamation in the body of the
nation. It represents but mere hiccup in our history
if the rest of the immune system recognizes this
non-self, and the cells containing abnormal DNA are
rapidly cleared from the judicial system and
replaced with cells containing healthy national DNA.
If the non-self DNA within the judicial system is
not recognized, or it divides so rapidly as to
replace the majority of normal cells within that
system then signs and symptoms of a deadly
malignancy begin to surface. If treatment is not
rapidly forthcoming then the methodical growth
pattern of this national cancer will metastasize, by
local extensions and via the very life blood of the
nation, and its death will become, slow and painful,
but inescapable.
Do we see signs and symptoms now with in the body
United states which strongly point the existence of
a rapidly metastasizeing Black Robe Judicial
carcinoma? As a surgeon I say we certainly do,
symptoms that even a surgeon can see, they don’t
require an internist. 40-50 million children
snatched, acceptably, from the safety of their
mothers environment with out the protection of an
immune system charged with the safety of the
innocent, is such a symptom. The infusion of 1
million illegal "foreign bodies" of non-self across
a known porous boarder unrecognized by the immune
system, is such a symptom. The decline of morality,
consideration of others, and the despiritualization
of vast numbers of Americans, is a resounding
symptom.
This decline of morality, consideration of others,
and the despiritualization of vast numbers of
Americans is a prime example of the effect of Black
Robe Judicial carcinoma infusing non-self DNA into
the educational system of the body of American. An
infusion which began in 1962 with Engel v. Vitale
where for the first time the judicial system removed
school prayer and bible reading. This should have
served as the first sign that there had been a
transformation of Black-Robeitis into a potentially
fatal Black Robe Judicial carcinoma. At this point
in time we see a horrific malignancy replacing
normal with abnormal humanist DNA. A DNA code which
reads that each person is God. Therefore, each
person is divine and is the final authority upon
which it is incumbent to seek freedom to act only in
harmony with their own individual inner truth, for
no truth exists outside of their own existence. The
normal DNA this began to replace was encoded by Noah
Webster and it read; "The only foundation for a
useful education in a republic is to be laid in
religion. Without it there can be no virtue, and
without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty
is the object and life of all republican
governments. ... Without religion, I believe
learning does much mischief to the morals and
principles of mankind."
It is here with the infusion of abnormal DNA into
the schools that we see not only can this insidious
cancer cause the death of the nation, or the death
of the unoffending (i.e. the unborn, or of late
Terri Schiavo), but it can, and does, cause the loss
of millions of children’s souls, souls which are now
lost for all of eternity! For two score and three
years we have allowed this cancer to alter eternity
for our children. Children who, through no fault of
their own, have grown to adulthood believing
falsehood to be truth and truth to be falsehood.
They have grown to adulthood believing that "every
idea and belief that Christians hold dear, as well
as the institutions based on those ideas and beliefs
(home, church, state, education, occupation)" (David
A. Noebel 4/2001) are false and should be lost. They
grow to adulthood with no love or passion or belief
in God or Country, and thus become a part of the
carcinogens which further stimulate and accelerate
the growth of Black Robe Judicial carcinoma,
ironically it is this same malignancy which will
destroy not only this nation, but their own soul.
Every day, every single day, thousands of children,
and their eternity, are adversely effected by this
malignant neoplasm insidiously present within our
national structure.
The signs and symptoms of a widely metastatic
disease process within the body of America are
unmistakable. The diagnosis of "an evil influence or
corruption spreading uncontrollably" has been made
as Black Robe Judicial carcinoma. The only two
questions that remain are; can the patient, the
greatest nation in the world, be saved, and if so
how?
