A gang of terrorists are committing unspeakable atrocities against 56 million Americans.

Their terrified victims are the helpless citizens of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Oregon.

No one has yet been able to stop their decades-long persecution of religious and patriotic Americans -- a persecution that ranges over an eight state area that accounts for 40% of the land mass of the United States.

No, I'm not talking about a band of al-Qaeda terrorists.

I’m talking about the black-robed tyrants on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I'm talking about a group of outlaw judges that cruelly and arrogantly attacks the basic religious and moral values on which America was founded.

Even the U.S. Supreme Court, often rejects the 9th Circuit opinions as too extreme.

These raging Leftwing ideologues have declared the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag unconstitutional because it contains a reference to God.

They have affirmed the right of "Kevorkians" to assist people in committing suicide.

And most recently, they’ve ruled that parents have no right to counter the immoral and often obscene sex education their children receive at school.

Judge Stephen Reinhardt, who wrote these last two decisions, is perhaps the most extreme ideologue in the history of the federal judiciary. Reinhardt has also ruled:

The use of police dogs to track down drug dealers violates the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable search and seizure.

Arizona cannot mandate English as the state’s official language because to do so would violate the First Amendment.

Now Congress has finally mustered the courage to propose that the 9th Circuit be sliced in two, with President Bush appointing judges on a newly constituted court.

While we can't eradicate the 9th Circuit totally, we can FREE the people of Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Oregon who have lived under the tyranny of the 9th Circuit for far too long.  And then perhaps, we can free the rest tomorrow.

The Latest Assault

The 9th Circuit’s most recent assault on decency occurred just days ago, when Judge Reinhardt – who else – told America’s parents they had no right to stop public schools from dragging their innocent children -- confused and frightened -- into the leering, cackling adult world of sex.

So how did this matter get into Judge Reinhardt’s court?

You’re not going to believe this. You’re going to say, “No teacher, no principal is so insensitive, so cruel, so stupid as to ask SEVEN YEAR OLD CHILDREN about these things on a questionnaire...”

Touching my private parts too much
Washing myself because I feel dirty on the inside
Not trusting people because they might want sex
Getting scared or upset when I think about sex
Having sex feelings in my body
Can't stop thinking about sex
Getting upset when people talk about sex

What seven year old even knows the answer to such questions and what kind of perverted monster would even ask them?

Parents – horrified, outraged that their child’s school would do such a vile and perverse thing – protested to the Palmdale School District, which told them to shut up and butt out.

At that point, the parents went to court, and the case went all the way to the 9th Circuit, where Judge Reinhardt was waiting, salivating like Pavlov’s dog.

Here’s what he triumphantly, gleefully wrote: "Parents have no due process or privacy right to override the determinations of public schools as to the information to which their children will be exposed while enrolled as students."

In other words, Judge Reinhardt has ruled that your kids don’t belong to you. They belong to the state – the way they did in Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia and Red China.

And -- as with Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia and Red China -- the state has the "right" to indoctrinate your children into a world of sick sexual depravity.

Are we going to stand idly by while these legal jihadists terrorize parents? Or are we going to demand that Congress put a stop to their obscene butchery of the law?

The 9th Circuit Rules The Pledge Of Allegiance Unconstitutional

This was the same 9th Circuit that ruled the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag unconstitutional.

On what grounds? Why, because it contained the phrase “under God.”

Judge Alfred T. Goodwin, writing for the majority, made this stupid and historically ignorant statement:

“A profession that we are a nation ‘under God’ is identical, for Establishment Clause purposes, to a profession that we are a nation ‘under Jesus,’ nation ‘under Vishnu,’ a nation ‘under Zeus, or a nation ‘under no god; because none of these professions can be neutral with respect to religion.”

At best, this opinion is silly; at worst it stands the First Amendment on its head.

The Establishment Clause says very simply that unlike England, the United States can never have a “national church” – i.e., the Church of America. The Founders never intended to forbid religious expressions by public officials or bodies.

Ignorant uneducated liberals probably don’t understand this. The tyrants on the 9th Circuit know perfectly well that the Pledge of Allegiance isn’t unconstitutional.

They are deliberately misrepresenting the First Amendment to promote a Leftwing agenda.

The 9th Circuit Invents The Right To Die

The 9th Circuit also ruled that the Constitution protects the right of an individual to commit suicide -- and the right of Dr. Kevorkian to help out.

And guess who wrote the opinion.

You got it. Judge Reinhardt!

If he had his way, Kevorkian would be back on the streets by next month, giving people fatal injections for Christmas presents.

And get this -- Reinhardt cited Roe v. Wade as his precedent. Why not? It was the first big decision to trivialize human life in America.

Judge Reinhardt wrote this brutal opinion in 1996. In June of 1997, the United States Supreme Court thankfully overruled Reinhardt and his perverse colleagues on the 9th Circuit.

This demonic court needs to be broken up and de-fanged. Congress is poised to do just that.

The 9th Circuit Upholds Child Pornography

You know what else the sleaze merchants on the 9th Circuit did? They struck down the federal law forbidding computer generated child pornography!

Three other federal appeals courts — the 1st, 4th and 11th Circuits — upheld the constitutionality of the law, but the 9th Circuit -- ruling on a case brought by a porn-industry-funded organization called The Free Speech Coalition – ruled this highly sensible and popular law unconstitutional.

Judge John Molloy, writing for the demented majority, proclaimed: "Enactment of criminal laws intended to control an evil idea cannot satisfy the constitutional requirements of the First Amendment."

Poppycock!

The Justice Department presented incontrovertible evidence that “virtual images,” like regular child pornography, excites molesters and provokes them to rape and murder children.

But the 9th Circuit placed the welfare of children second to some sick and perversely twisted interpretation of the First Amendment.  Then again... maybe these judges were more interested in protecting the multi-billion-dollar porn industry.

This time the Supreme Court failed to rein in the 9th Circuit. Justice Anthony Kennedy – the “Sex Justice” – wrote an opinion that paved the way for the molestation and killing of innumerable little boys and girls.

Had the 9th Circuit not intervened, Kennedy would never have gotten the opportunity to betray these poor innocent victims to predators.

Finally, here are some more ugly facts about the 9th Circuit.

Between 1990 and 1996, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned 73 percent of 9th Circuit rulings – the worst record by far of any appeals court.

In 1997, the Supreme Court struck down 27 out of 28 decisions.

Judge Reinhardt’s wife is Romona Ripston, head of the Los Angeles branch of the ACLU. She was also a co-founder of NARAL. Reinhardt is her fifth husband.

The 9th Circuit adjudicates for 56 million people who live in 1.3 million square miles – by far the largest jurisdiction of any circuit court.
